help you and your pup be on the same level of communication in any real world environment.
The focus of the Advanced Off Leash program is to work on:
- Sit On/Off Leash
- Come On/Off Leash
- Place On/Off Leash
- Heel On/Off leash
- Down On/Off leash
- Door Manners & Car Loading/Unloading Manners
- Manners for breweries and store outings

Please note there will be a period owner will have to use the leash to ensure transition of off leash commands transition over to the owner smoothly. Generalizing all commands is crucial for the dog. Owners must be ready to put in some work to understand the communication system set by the Amani K9 Training team.
Due to the focus of this program being solely on sharp obedience skills, the Advanced Off Leash Program is NOT available to dogs struggling with any aggression, bite history, anxiety, kennel anxiety or reactivity issues. Still have questions? Schedule a phone call with one of our team members.
*6 Months and Up
- End-of-the-week detailed updates on your dog’s training journey and overall health are sent Sunday nights.
- 6 Private sessions PRIOR to end of dogs program to ensure owner is educated on the communication system, understanding of basic canine psychology, advocating for your canine in the human world.
- + 1 In your home Session held on dogs last day of program. A trainer brings the dog to your home to guide through the transition. (Additional fees may apply depending on distance)
- 90 Day Return Home transition packet (Week by week guide to follow when dog returns home to ensure longterm success)
- Amani K9 WorkBook which includes everything covered in sessions with your trainer
- Access to Amani K9 Exclusive Maintenance Boarding and Refresher Boarding

In this option we provide an intensive program for dogs and owners who are struggling with serious or concerning issues such as:
Human Aggression, Fear Aggression, Dominance Aggression, Dog on Dog Aggression, Severe Anxiety out of home/vehicle, Resource Guarding, Grooming Aggression or Bite History
If dog has been displaying issues for several years it may take an extra amount of time to undo years of unintentional reinforcement.
The focus of the Intensive Rehabilitation Program is to work on:
- Counter conditioning therapy for certain responses towards triggers or stressful events
- Loose leash Walking
- Training and Management skills for owners to continue back home
- Intro to neutrality skills out in public or in home
- Finding healthy and enriching outlets for your specific dogs needs
- Sit
- Down
- Place
- Come
